Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakif University has been awarded Excellence in Language Education accreditation by Eaquals, which is an internationally recognized quality assessment and accreditation institution.

The Audit of 23–25 May 2022 of English and Arabic preparatory programs of FSMVU marked its success in eight areas, meeting the 39 standards in 12 categories, including teaching style, syllabus, course design and organization, learning resources, and mode of assessment while paying great attention to the welfare of students and employees.

The Department of Foreign Language is rated excellent in management and administration; quality assurance; communication with personnel, students, and other stakeholders; assessment; and certification. It has highly lauded student services, staff profile development, language learning environment, and facilities provided by the Department of Foreign Language of FSMVU.
