FSMVU Culture and Art Event

 

The FSMVU Cultural and Artistic Event hosted many activities such as handicraft practices, concerts, international student dances, and archery at our Haliç Campus. 

Our Chairman of the Board of Trustees İsmail Gerçek, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Duman, and our academic staff attended the events along with our students. Everyone had the chance to experience many art branches such as calligraphy, marbling, graffiti, printing, and pottery application throughout the day with the support of lecturers from the Traditional Turkish Arts Department.

Our students from Ethiopia, Morocco, Egypt, Sudan, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Uyghur Autonomous Region, Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Macedonia, Western Thrace, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Palestine, and Syria shared their country's traditional dances, foods, and arts with the visitors at their country promotion stands.

In addition to the countries represented by the booth, our students from Chad, Algeria, Senegal, Pakistan, Iran, Bulgaria, Djibouti, Tunisia, Kazakhstan, Somalia, Libya, Iraq, Jordan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia also participated in the events with their dances and music.
