We signed the Academic Cooperation and Staff/Student Exchange Agreement with Samarkand State University

Our Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Fahameddin Başar, and Samarkand State University Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations, Dr. Hakim Hushvaktov, attended the meeting where academic cooperation between institutions and new projects was evaluated.

Within the Erasmus KA171 Project scope, Dr. Hakim Hushvaktov and Head of International Relations and Strategic Development Department Dilshod Oblokulov met the Director of Islamic Arts Application and Research Center in our Hagia Sophia Campus, Dr. Betül Bilgin, Lect. Officer Jahongir Ashurov and Director of Manuscripts Application and Research Center Dr. Mr. Sami Arslan. In the productive meeting, preliminary discussions were held on behalf of comprehensive project studies and collaborations in the field of History and Fine Arts. Lastly, visiting KURAM in the company with Laboratory Coordinator Mesut İş, the guests also exchanged ideas about internship opportunities between institutions.
