The final round and award ceremony of the 2nd European Universities Arabic Debating Championship (EUADC) organized in partnership with our University, Ibn Haldun University, and QatarDebate was held at Başakşehir Emin Saraç Cultural Center.
Following the success of the first edition held in Vienna, Austria in 2019, the second edition of the championship took place in Istanbul. The tournament brought together 16 teams and 80 students from 10 different countries, and was conducted under the supervision of 30 debate adjudicators in a competitive tournament format.
After progressing through the preliminary and semi-final rounds, our University faced off against the University of Liverpool in a thrilling final match that captivated the audience. Following a fierce and intellectually stimulating debate, our team emerged as the champion of this prestigious event.
