We are thrilled to FSMVU’s recent participation in the 20th annual Erasmus Congress and Exhibition (ERACON 2024), held in the vibrant city of Porto. Hosted by the European Association of Erasmus Coordinators (EAEC), ERACON 2024 brought together a diverse group of Erasmus Coordinators, Placement and Internships Managers, researchers, and professionals from both the academic and business worlds.

This year’s congress offered a rich program of workshops, sessions, and networking opportunities centered on key themes such as ERASMUS+ 2021-2027, the quality of Erasmus activities, staff mobility for teaching and training, and funding and policy. Participants engaged in dynamic discussions and shared their experiences and insights on various aspects of the Erasmus Programme.

Highlights of the event included the Erasmus Staff Week, University to University Meetings, and the Mentoring Programme, each providing valuable platforms for collaboration and exchange of best practices. The Congress featured a variety of sessions and workshops, all conducted in English, allowing attendees to explore the latest developments and strategies in Erasmus activities.
